Got the GT5 as an anniversary present by the mrs . It has been asking me to download a zillion things and I am still doing it. So looking forward to it

After owning the game for last 4 month just realised at I am missing Special Stage Route 7 track in my game. Does anyone else have similar problem?

Should I buy GT5 or Dirt 3 or NFS Series?

Nothing can beat GT5. But can get very irritating till you get a hang of it.

Very true, but what I've found that once you get a Racing Wheel instead of the Dual Shock controller then it becomes as easy to maneuver the cars. The whole experience changes with a racing wheel. I'm using Logitech Driving Force GT and it's just awesome and take the game to the next level.

It's 2204Rs in Flipkart. Also you can try to find a used game in some of the gaming forums, that would cost probably only around 1.4/1.5k if you can find a used game.

Is GT5 a game that can be played by two players simultaneously? I mean with two Game controllers standing side by side?

Yes, you can play it that way.
The screen of your LCD will be divided into two horizontally. Upper one for 1st player and lower half for 2nd player.
I have two controllers and have tried it but it spoils the fun, you will have to concentrate hard on your screen to manoeuvre your car well and that is a pain.

Thanks Manish. Yes, I know about how the screen splits up, but at least I can race with my daughter or son! I have used Blur for this purpose, but the graphics suck.
I need to get back my GT5 from someone who borrowed it from me.

Last week, saw the GT5 for Rs.1299 in Hyderabad and since this was at a wholesale store there was a 10% off on that price bringing it down to Rs.1170.

This store is a boon for Hydeez gamers. Many popular games are at that price. I bought last week " Prince of Persia" for same offer as outlined above.

That's too good to be true. Are you sure that it's not GT5 Prologue? Cause GT5 itself is still priced at 2499Rs and platinum edition hasn't yet come out.
